ilah had been running around all day, doing things that she didn't usually do. Talking to everyone that "worked" for their band, and signing things for their fans. She even had to deal with all the disappointed faces when the rest of the band wasn't there, but eventually got everyone begging her for her autograph, and forgetting that Renny, or her sister or anyone else for that matter, wasn't there. She needed some time to chill, she needed her friends from back home. They always knew the best ways to get her mind off of things she had to do. Sure, they knew how she was, so they made everything about her while do it, but they really did just want to have fun because, being a very charismatic person, was genuinely loved by her friends. She knew they hated how she acted, but they overlooked that all the time, and got down to the girl she was underneath. Her heart was just too big, and that's why she seemed numb to emotion and other people most of the time. Though she's surrounded by people all the time, she likes to just have quiet, one on on sessions with friends, that could include popcorn, movies, sodas, over-due conversations, or all of the above.
------N ow there was just one problem with liking that. She never got it anymore. Janelle and Riley tried their hardest to make it her, but it was a tour, so they were everywhere. A new city every day, or week or whatever, it felt like they were always traveling, made it had for her best friends to make to her when she really wanted them there. Plus, the eighteen year olds had lives outside of Lilah, as much as she hated the reality of it. She wasn't the sun in their solar system anymore, like she had been in high school. She onces held them all together, and kept them from flying off in different directions, but not that she wasn't there, the gravitational pull she had on them before, is weak, and barely works now. However, there was one person around here that meant something to her. She was cute, funny, quiet, and probably the best person she's met so far while being here. Katie was beginning to mean more to her than Janelle and Riley. She was always there, and she was fun to corrupt, even though once you put the girl in a party situation, she was worse than Lilah. These two had a bit of history, from the very first night being on tour together. ------O nly this one time did Lilah lose all control of herself for a while. She was a little upset about being away from home, and so the party that had started up around ten was the perfect solace for her. She hid out in the vibrant colors and loud music. That was when she first laid eyes on Katie Adams. The blond held in her small, pale hands, a pair of drumsticks. And since Lilah had known her drummer for about two years, she knew that she didn't drum for her. After an hour or so of chatting, and drinking even more than she already had when she started, she found that her lips were working with Katie's. Lilah made her way to the backstage area, thinking about that night. What exactly happened started playing out in front of her eyes, still she walked on. Lilah remembered talking about how there was so much hype about when a girl kisses another girl. No one cared if it was a guy and a girl, and they often rejected the idea entirely if it was two guys, but for some reason, the two girls making out is every man's wildest dream. To prove a point, she remembered those were her words, she decided, with the approval from Katie, that she wanted to do an experiment and see if she could catch a guy's attention if they kissed. However, as soon as their lips met, Lilah's hand made her way to the girls cheek, then it was tangled in the bleached hair. She recalled how soft Katie's lips were, and how that softness matched that of her hair. Then the hand that had been holding onto a drink was suddenly inching up the girls side, pulling her closer to her. She was certainly the dominate person in this situation, but Katie welcomed it as well. They were obviously more drunk than they realized. Lilah had never kissed a girl, or even thought about kissing one, but this was actually an interesting feeling. It was pleasing like kissing a guy, but thrilling because it was unfamiliar to her. The next thing she remembers, someone from her band is carrying her, bridal style, back to their bus to sleep off the alcohol in her system. ------A smile came across her lips now though as she spotted that familiar blond hair. No, she wasn't seeing Katie, but she was practically best friends with her, after that little happening. Sure, she thought about how it might feel to kiss the girl again, but she never really went through with it. A peck on the cheek perhaps, but never have their lips touched since. Lilah loved sneaking up on people, and loved when it was easier to do, like when someone's back is to her. That's what it was like now. Lilah quietly ran up behind the girl, then threw her arms around the girl's shoulders, her chest pressing against the girls back. She made a loud "BWAH" sound as she did so, and then laughed, leaning around letting her soft lips touch the girl's slightly flushed cheek. "Katie, darling!" She said, taking her arms from around the girls neck and placing them on her hips, now facing her. Her fingers played with the hem of the girl's shirt, as one hand quickly moved toward her own face and pushed the sunglasses she wore away from her eyes, showing off her lovely blues. "How is my favorite drummer this fine morning?" she asked her sweetly, placing her hand back on her hip gently. She was a bit sexual all the time, so this wasn't to be mistaken as flirting with Katie, it was her average stance with just about anyone, except her sister. Her sister usually had one arm over a shoulder, and she was walking beside her. But when standing still, most other people she talked to, she had at least one hand on their hip. Obviously this was only for people she knew.[/blockquote] NOTES:------- OMG LILAH'S FIRST REAL THREAD!!! The tour was amazing for Katie it gave her a chance to get away from her past and lately she had been alot happier person and alot more fun to be around. She came on this tour alone, sure she had her band mates who she was really close to but other then that she had to make new friends. It was hard for Katie to make new friends because she was shy and quiet with people she didn't know. But as soon as you got her onto the dance floor with some kind of alcoholic beverage in her hand you knew you were ready for the real party to begin. She was a completely different girl, you would never believe that she was shy, or scared of anything. She was even known to have stripped in the bar when she was waisted off of her ass. To her the tour was a breath of fresh air. She got to escape her family, she loved them but being around them made her feel guilty. Every since the car crash her sister stopped talking to Katie as she blamed Katie for her brothers death. There was also a difference in her adoptive parents yet they tried to hide it. She no longer felt like she belonged.
She had learned who to stay away from while on tour and who she could trust. That being said she only made a few friends while she was here because she kept herself so guarded. Lilah was one of her closest friends on tour, maybe even more so then her band members. They were complete opposites and yet they seemed to mesh so well as friends. The night that they had met they were both waisted and ended up kissing, now that was a story for the tabloids. She had herd so many different versions of the story and they were all far from the truth. It was just a playful kiss of curiosity. Katie was Straight and she loved her men, yet there was just something nice about being in the arms a girl. She couldn't pin point what it was, maybe it was the thrill of the adrenaline rush or maybe the fact that this was all knew to her.
Katie just couldn't understand why guys thought it was hot when a girl made out with another girl. She didn't think it was hot when a guy made out with another guy? She didn't have a problem with it but it didn't turn her on in any way shape or form. It must be one of those mystery's that never go answered. But then again we are talking about guys they are always doing and into weird shit, the mind of a guy is a complicated place and Katie didn't even want to try and figure it out. She was around enough guys that she knew not to ask questions because the answers were always dumb and didn't make any sense. The band had just finished practicing and she was still in her pajamas. She had been to lazy to get dressed before practice as her band mates litterly had to drag her out of bed.
Would she ever kiss Lilah again? Who knew it would depend on the situation. Was she against it no, but that didn't mean she had romantic feelings for the girl. They were friends and sometimes things happened especially when you got drunk. She just finished talking to one of her band mates, he was heading out of the door and looked back to tell her that he would see her later at the bus and he wasn't going to the party. Thats when she felt it, arms wrapping around her. It startled her and she screamed, catching the eye of the security guard that was standing by the exit. Lilah she yelled after she realized who it was. You Scared the shit out of me, Good God she said in a half scolding half laughing kind of way. She took a few seconds and caught her breath. Well I was half asleep, now I'm wide awake she said laughing. Lilah scarring her like that had woken Katie up.
Notes: Outfit: To lazy to find a picture. She is basicaly wearing a Long sleaved cream colored Thermal, black short shorts's.

he ability to get away from everything she knew well was actually a blessing for Lilah. Ever since she was little, she had been known as the "cancer girl", or anything else. It didn't matter that she hasn't been sick in any way since she went into remission. She was always going to be known for the times she wore a scarf on her head because she was embarrassed by the fact her illness had taken her hair from her. Now, most people tried to be polite about it, when wondering how she was, but she could see in their eyes, they wanted to know if she would be sporting that scarfe again on her head any time soon. Usually she snubbed them, ignoring their questions and curious eyes. So being here with only five people who knew her back then, not even because some people in her band were new to town when they started the band up. So really it was just her sister who knew the whole story, because well, she had lived through it as well. It had been a tough time for Lilah, even at such a young and resilliant age, she longed to be healthy again, and have the life of the people featured in all the magazines she grew absolutely fascinated with reading. That and music got her through. She actually thanks her sickness for her love of music. Had she never gotten sick, and not had enough energy to go out she and her sister would have never figured out that they worked well together when "performing" for theis parents.
------N either of their parents thought that it would ever become anything more than something to keep Lilah from going crazy because of the luekemia, but evetually it did, and look at them now. They were almost there, reaching their dreams. She couldn't even believe that she had almost made it there with her sister and the boys. It was so close she could taste it, but it was still too far away to actually enjoy it. She hated that feeling the most. The "almost there" feeling, and knowing that with every vote she didn't earn for the band, they were that much closer to losing everything. That was the moment in her day when she needed a boost. Something that only one person here could give her. She laughed now, as she noticed what this girl was wearing. ------Lilah still played with the bottom of the shirt though as she stood there, laughing now because of the reaction that the girl had to her little attack. "Everyone needs to be scared every once in a while, at least I think so." She giggled out as she patted the girls head lightly. "So I suppose we shall see this little sneak-up a favor. You knowbecause you can't go through the day being half-asleep." She laughed letting her hands fall from the hips of the young girl, as she started to stroll around in the general area. She was filled with so much energy right at this moment, but she didn't know what to do. They were in some place she had never heard of before, and didn't wish to remember the name of. At least not until after the results of the online polls. Then she could remember that this was the place that helped her, or broke her. She liked it better that way. Lilah grinned a littlebit of a devilish smile though, as she looked back toward Katie. "I hear there's a party going down tonight? You in for it?" she asked her her voice even more sinister and daring than her smile. ------S he loved the parties that were thrown around here. There was always live music, which was in itself, entertaining and informative. These people didn't realize when they played at the parties that they were essentially offering up what ever they had in store for the next competition, or just what they had to offer in general. Lilah never allowed Count Me In to preform at these things because she didn't want to be booted out of the tour just yet. She wanted to make sure that this was their time to shine, but with her nature of needing to be the center of attention, is that at all shocking to anyone, that she wants them to shine and be unheard and unfamilliar to people. There for catching them off guard,a nd essentially letting them know they are better. Yes, the big-headed tendencies did extend into the band as well, because she was a part of it, right? In fact she was the voice and the face of it. And that had to mean more than anything. When people thought about Count Me In, they saw her face first, because she was the main focus. It wasn't her fault that she sang better than the other in the band, and it wasn't their fault either. It was just the luck of the draw.[/blockquote] NOTES:------- OMG LILAH'S FIRST REAL THREAD!!!
